Quick Facts
- Mon – Thurs, 40 hrs/week — 9 am – 6 pm Mon, 8 am – 5 pm T/W, 7 am – 4 pm Thurs
- 18 – 25 patients per day — all ages, peds to geriatric
- Outpatient FQHC clinic setting — rural community
- EMR: OCHIN or EPIC
- Family med exp required — chronic health, diabetes, hypertension, asthma
- Women's health required — IUDs and/or Nexplanon placement
- MAT waiver helpful — addiction treatment support
- Spanish bilingual preferred, not required
