Quick Facts

  • One week per month — Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with night and weekend call
  • Call ends Monday morning at 8 am
  • 25 – 30 patients per day
  • Mix of new patient consults and established patient follow-ups
  • On-call is almost exclusively phone — occasional hospital consults
  • General cardiology diagnostics — stress tests, echos, and EKGs required
