Join a nationally recognized health system as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at a freestanding children's teaching hospital in the Mid-Atlantic region. This highly clinical M-F evening-shift (no weekends required) role offers the opportunity to help expand ED pharmacy services within a Pediatric Level I Trauma Center, working alongside physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary care teams. Compensation ranges from approximately $124,000–$190,000 plus sign-on assistance, relocation support, excellent benefits, retirement plans, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
Candidates must possess a PharmD and be eligible for Delaware pharmacist licensure. PGY2 Emergency Medicine residency training or significant Emergency Department clinical pharmacy experience is required. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for pharmacists who enjoy emergency response, direct patient care, medication safety initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and precepting pharmacy learners.
