  • Modified full time — 32 hours weekly with 8-hour shifts, alternating weekends
  • Operating hours 5 am – 11 pm — holidays required
  • Minimum 3 patients per hour — all ages from newborn to geriatric
  • Telemedicine position with virtual care delivery
  • Training provided Mondays and Tuesdays — patient care starts Wednesday
  • 3+ years primary care experience required — urgent care experience a plus
  • Multi-state practice opportunity
  • Outpatient primary care setting
