My client, a small acute care hospital in Southwestern Washington State on the coast is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Quality, Risk Management, and Compliance to join their organization. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a CPHQ certification is highly preferred. In addition the hiring leader is seeking an expert in quality, risk, and compliance that has overseen all departments. The position will have 6 direct reports and will report up to the Chief Medical Officer. The selected candidate will receive a generous compensation package including base salary, relocation assistance or a sign-on bonus with a commitment, and all major benefits.
