Description

We’re seeking an Operating Room Director in beautiful Western New Mexico! This is a great opportunity for an experienced OR leader to join a respected 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving rural communities.

The Director will oversee all surgical services, staff leadership, scheduling, compliance, patient safety, budgeting, and daily OR operations—while also stepping in hands-on when needed. Ideal for a seasoned RN leader, especially in rural or Critical Access settings.
