Description

A leading healthcare provider in Southwestern Missouri is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge – Specialty Pharmacy to oversee specialty pharmacy operations in a hybrid outpatient and ambulatory care setting. This full-time, "working manager" role includes both leadership and hands-on pharmacist duties and plays a key part in developing clinical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting safe, effective medication use.

Qualified candidates must have experience in specialty pharmacy and 340B program leadership. A Bachelor’s in Pharmacy is required (PharmD preferred). Familiarity with systems like Pioneer, Meditech Expanse, and Pyxis is ideal. Retail experience may be considered if combined with the required specialty and 340B background.

Located about 40 minutes north of Springfield, this position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus (or up to $20K with relocation assistance), competitive pay, and excellent benefits—including no-cost employee health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan matching.
